INEXAL has been acquired by spring manufacturer Tevema, but continues to operate as an independent company. The acquisition allows INEXAL to benefit from Tevema’s expertise and resources, while retaining its own identity and method of operation. This move strengthens both companies within the spring industry. The acquisition was accompanied by the launch of a new corporate website and web shop for INEXAL.
